A Little About Myself

I was born in Havana, Cuba, raised in northern Italy, and moved to the UK in my early twenties. Throughout my educational journey, I have developed an interdisciplinary background: I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc (Hons) in Neuroscience, followed by an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction. During my studies, I gained a solid background in data collection, data cleaning, advanced statistical analysis, and Python. I have recently completed a nanodegree in Data Science sponsored by Code First Girls, where I acquired both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in machine learning and AI, complemented by self-study.

Through my education and work experience, I have realised that I am deeply fascinated by how data can reveal patterns and insights that drive decision-making. While UX research has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding user behaviour through mixed-methods research, I’m eager to delve into larger and more complex datasets where I can apply my skills and build models to understand and predict consumer behaviour.
